• To get the quickest response to your customer service questions, problems, and inquiries, we recommend emailing support@fgtcustomerervice.com. Please include your order confirmation number in your email. One of our customer service representatives will respond to your email in the timeliest manner possible.

Your Account


You must have an account in order to purchase tickets through Ducat King. Each customer must have his/her own account.

• Click on “My Account” in the upper right hand corner of the page.

• You can create a new account by clicking on “Don’t Have an Account? Sign Up!”

• Enter your email address. Please make sure that this email address is valid, since we will use this to send your order confirmations and any correspondence regarding the showfpr which you purchased tickets.

• Create a password and enter it into the “Password” field.

• Re-enter your password for verification in the “Re-Enter Password” field.

• Click on the ”Sign Up” Button

• If you want to receive newsletters regarding upcoming sales and news, click on “Sign Up for Newsletters.” Then check the newsletters you wish to receive and uncheck the ones you do not want to receive. Enter your email address and click “Update.”


• Click on “My Account” in the upper right hand corner of the page.

• Change or update any fields you wish, and then click the “Save Changes” button.


• On the account Sign In screen click on the link next to “Forgot Your Password?” Then enter the email address you used to set up the account and the password will be emailed to you.


• Try entering your password again. The password field is case-sensitive, so it is easy to enter it in incorrectly. If you still have problems, please email Customer Service at support@fgtcustomerervice.com with the subject line “Password Problem”


Ordering


• No. You must be a member of the band's fan club, fan community, or email list first. You can also sign up on the DucatKing.com mailing list to receive information on upcoming sales. The band and Ducat King will then send an email notification to its fan club, fan community, and email list letting them know that tickets are available and the link to the ticketing home page where they can purchase tickets.


• On the band’s ticketing home page, click on the “Buy Now” button next to the event that you would like to purchase tickets for. Click on “Sign In Here” button in the middle of the screen. If you do not have an account, you MUST create one. Each customer must have his/her own account. By signing up for an account, you become a member of the band's fan community and will receive emails and/or newsletters from time to time regarding upcoming sales, contests, and other special events and offers. Please see the “Your Account” section of this FAQ to find out how to create an account.

• Sign in by entering your email address and your unique password. Click the “Sign In” Button. Once you are logged in, then click the “Continue…” button.

• Verify that you have picked the right date, artist, venue, and ticket price.

• Enter your zip code where is says “Change Shipping Information: US Zip” or click “International” if you are getting your tickets delivered outside of the U.S.A. Click on the “Update” button.

• Click on the pull down menu labeled “Quantity” and choose how many tickets you would like to purchase.

• Then click on the pull down menu labeled “Delivery” and choose how you would like your tickets delivered. The delivery options in the pull down menu are the only ones offered for that particular show.

• You can then click on the “Continue Shopping” button to choose tickets for other shows or, if you do not want any more tickets, click on the “Secure Checkout” button. Enter your credit card information, billing address and shipping address. Click “Continue.”

• Review your order. If you need to make changes, please follow the instructions to do so. Read the Terms of Sale and then check the box next to it. Click on the “Purchase” button ONCE. If your order is accepted successfully, you can click 'Printable Receipt' to get a printed version of your receipt, but note that we will also email the receipt to the address you provided. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us at support@fgtcustomerervice.com


• Tickets purchased through Ducat King are subject to a per ticket service fee and, if applicable (i.e. if we are shipping physical tickets to you), a non-refundable per order shipping fee. The service fee and shipping fee are listed on the “My Order” page prior to checking out and confirming your purchase.


• We always recommend ordering online, but you can call (323) 456-3496 Monday-Sunday, 10 AM-8 PM Pacific Time to place an order over the phone.


• The ticket limit is displayed on the event page and verified with every transaction. You are limited to a specified number of tickets per customer for each event. Tickets ordered above and beyond the per customer ticket limit are subject to possible cancellation. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices, and is either set by the artist, the promoter, the venue or Ducat King management. No exceptions will be made; so please do not call us to ask that we lift the limit for your purchase.


• Please email Customer Service at support@fgtcustomerervice.com with the following info: the first and last name on your account; the artist, date, and venue you purchased tickets for; the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase; and the correct email address to re-send the order confirmation.


• No. All orders are final. If you need to buy more tickets, you will have to place a separate order.


• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.


• Seat locations are assigned on a first-come first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that separate orders will be located next to each other.


• Sometimes additional tickets become available after the initial on-sale date. As availability is subject to change, please check back often. Otherwise, refer to the tour dates page on the band/venue's Web site for additional ticket outlets. Be aware that there is no guarantee that any additional tickets will become available after the on-sale date.


Foreign Currency


• Tickets sold through Ducat King are listed and charged in US Dollars. Credit cards companies typically convert foreign currency sales on a daily basis at the current market exchange ratio. Check your credit card company’s user agreement for their foreign currency exchange policy.


• If your credit card currency is different from that in which the event is sold, your credit card company will convert the order total to the home currency of your credit card.


• Yes, if you order tickets from a country that charges VAT,VAT is included in your purchase total.


Delivery


• We typically ship tickets two (2) weeks prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets within four (4) days of the event, please contact Customer Service at support@fgtcustomerervice.com. If you chose a trackable shipping option (e.g. Fed Ex), you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a specific delivery date. Tickets sent via USPS Regular Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or Global Priority Mail are NOT trackable and you will not receive an email notification of when they are shipped.


• Because we ship valuable packages and wish to ensure successful delivery of those packages to you, please double check to make sure all of your information is valid and accurate. If you have chosen FedEx 3 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight as an option, please make sure to give us a shipping address where you can be found during daytime hours. Many customers have tickets shipped to their business address for this reason. If the package is undeliverable, your tickets will be returned to us, at which point we will resend them for an additional shipping fee.


• If tracking is available through your chosen shipping method, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to your carrier’s website when your tickets are shipped.


• We can change your shipping address on an order you’ve placed as long as the tickets have not been shipped. Please email us at support@fgtcustomerervice.com to request an address change. Be sure to include your transaction confirmation number in the request.


• If you choose Fed Ex 3 Day or Fed Ex Standard Overnight as your shipping option, we recommend sending your tickets to your place of business if you work during the day. Please remember that Fed Ex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.


• Please be aware, we only guarantee delivery if you use FedEx. We cannot and will not be responsible for the USPS mail system and their failed deliveries. Yes, Fed Ex is more expensive, but it is the only way we can track a package to you. Due to the value and time-sensitive nature of these tickets, we use services that allow the customer and Ducat King to track the package until it reaches you. If you choose a Fed Ex option, we will email you a tracking number, a link to the carrier’s website and the specific date of delivery when your tickets are shipped.


Will Call


• All Will Call tickets will be in the first and last name you enter into “My Account.” Tickets are held in the Account Holder’s name, NOT in the name of the credit card holder. This person must provide valid photo identification, the credit card that the tickets were purchased with, and a printout of the confirmation email in order to claim tickets at will call.


• You should contact the venue directly to confirm the Will Call pickup times. Most venues designate one hour before show time as the standard time to pick up Will Call tickets.


• Will Call tickets must be picked up by the person whose name is used to place the order. Under extreme circumstances, Ducat King may change the name for a Will Call order. Please contact Ducat King by email at support@fgtcustomerervice.com, at least five (5) business days prior to the event in order to make a Will Call name change. We reserve the right to refuse any such request and will only accept such requests in truly unusual circumstances. Have your confirmation number and the credit card number you need to purchase the tickets available.


• Always be sure to bring your confirmation email and your photo ID to claim your tickets at Will Call. If you are unable to bring the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, you may use the last 4 digits of the card to reference your order.


• We cannot replace tickets that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you. Please be certain to keep your tickets in a secure place once you have received them.


Problems


• We typically send out your tickets approximately two (2) weeks before the event, depending on the artist, venue, and/or promoter. If you have not received your tickets within four (4) days before the event, please email our Customer Service department at support@fgtcustomerervice.com so that we can resolve this problem. Do not just show up at the venue claiming that your tickets were lost, stolen, or destroyed, unless we have instructed you to do so. No one at the venue will be able to help you.


• Please go to fedex.com. Enter in the Fed Ex tracking # for your order. The Fed Ex tracking # was emailed to the address you set your Ducat King account up with. If you have not have your tracking number and have not received your tickets within four (4) days before the event, please email our Customer Service department at support@fgtcustomerervice.com so that we can resolve this problem. Do not just show up at the venue claiming that your tickets were lost, stolen, or destroyed, unless we have instructed you to do so. No one at the venue will be able to help you.


• If you received tickets that are either for the wrong show or that are different from the ones assigned to you, please contact Customer Service immediately at support@fgtcustomerervice.com so that we can resolve this problem.


• All sales are final. If the show is cancelled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.


• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. We will send you an email to the address you provided in the ordering process (you must use a valid email address when you order). If an event is cancelled and you do not receive an email from us within a few days explaining the refund policy, please contact Customer Service at support@fgtcustomerervice.com for information on receiving a refund. If you need to contact us concerning refunds, please make sure to include/provide your Ducat King confirmation number so we can locate your order in our system, determine if a refund is applicable to your order, and communicate with you concerning your order and refund. Before traveling to an event, please confirm the show’s status with the venue.

• If the event is moved or rescheduled rather than cancelled, the venue, team, or promoter may set refund limitations, including no refunds, or refund deadlines, with which we must comply. Typically, in the event of cancelled events or rescheduled events with accepted refund requests, we automatically refund by issuing a credit to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

• Events scheduled for outdoor venues are sold “rain or shine” and there will be no refunds issued for rain-cancelled shows. In any event, Ducat King will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage associated with any cancellation or postponement of a scheduled event.

• Refunds for Will Call or Tickets Not Yet Shipped: When an event cancellation occurs or there is an unforeseen facility closure, customers will be refunded the face value of the tickets and any applicable shipping fees. The per ticket service fee will not be refunded. For rescheduled or postponed events with accepted refund requests, customers will be refunded the face value of the tickets and any applicable shipping fees. The per ticket service fee will not be refunded. • Refunds for Tickets Already Shipped: When an event cancellation occurs or an unforeseen facility closure, customers will be refunded the face value of the tickets. The shipping fees and per ticket service fee will not be refunded. For rescheduled events with accepted refund requests, customers will be refunded the face value of the tickets. The shipping fees and per ticket service fee will not be refunded.


• Opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. There are no refunds if an opening act is changed or cancelled.


• Because we send your ticket order out approximately two weeks prior to the event, you must contact us before then in order to have your delivery address changed. Please email us at support@fgtcustomerervice.com. If you contact us after your package has left our facility, we can re-route the package for an additional fee that will be charged to your credit card.

Newsletters and Email Correspondence


• Established members will occasionally receive special announcements concerning upcoming sales. If you want to receive the Ducat King newsletter containing all Ducat King news, upcoming sales, promotions, and special announcements, go to www.ducatking.com. Enter your email address on the Mailing List section at the bottom left of the screen and click the “Join” Button.


• On the band’s ticketing home page (i.e. http://thrice.frontgatetickets.com), click on “Newsletters” on the left side of the screen. Enter in your email address and click the “Next” button. Check the box next to the particular newsletter you would like to join and click “Join.”


Random Questions


Pronounced (DUK-uht). A ducat is any of various gold or silver coins used back in the day in some European countries, including Italy and the Netherlands. Ducat also means "admission ticket" and in modern days its street slang for "money" or "cash." The term is derived from Middle English, from Old French, from Old Italian ducato (a coin with the dog's portrait on it), from Medieval Latin ductus (a word that appeared on early coins).
